MESSAGE BY WILLIAM P. DANIELCZYK

 I am proud of what Galen Capital Group has accomplished in such a short period of time. When you succeed in business it is always better than not succeeding at all, believe me, I know. I have built an Inc. 500 company and have served as a Chairman of the Board for a publicly-trading company as well as served as a Member of several other Boards. I have been especially proud of the growth in Galen Capital Group over the last four years.

What has made Galen different, which has allowed us to assist small and medium market companies, is that I have been able to apply my own personal experiences of successes and failures in business over the years which can be a great asset to companies. I have never shied away from my past and have been fortunate to be given other chances in my career. I am most proud of the fact that Galen has stepped up to assist clients by even infusing their own capital, which other firms would have not done. I am proud that Galen has enjoyed much success for our investors as well as being successful in supporting our clients.
