GCC-Prospect Engaged by Senior Solutions Now, Inc.

McLean, VA – March 10, 2009– GCC-Prospect Corporation (GCC Prospect), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCC, announced today the firm has been engaged by Senior Solutions Now, Inc. (Senior Solutions), a corporation specializing in developing, constructing and managing faith-based, senior assisted and independent living housing communities and campuses throughout Florida, Georgia and Mississippi.

Senior Solutions, including its five wholly-owned subsidiaries, is structured to be a full service company providing an “all in one” business model to faith-based, not-for-profit organizations. The Company currently manages 11 senior living facilities, a total of 1224 units, and is in the process of developing and constructing four new facilities which the Company will operate and manage once construction is complete. Senior Solutions, incorporated in March 2007, is headquartered in Olive Branch, Miss. with a satellite management office in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
